Weekly bookings are normally Saturday/Saturday except for Penrose, which is Friday/Friday.

Short breaks available from the end of October to the beginning of May from £165 for 3 nights for 2 persons in Old Dairy cottage to £275 in Penrose cottage to £450 in Tresquare .

Dates are flexible during the off-season – contact us with your requirements for a quotation.

Old Dairy Rates

Booking Information

Deposit: One third of the rental is required to secure a booking and the balance is due 6 weeks before arrival date. If a booking is made less than 6 weeks beforehand the full rental is payable on booking.

Electricity is included in the rental in all cottages. Central Heating is included from October to end April inclusive; during the rest of the year it is an optional extra.

All linen and towels including, bed linen, tea towels, oven gloves and bath towels are included in the cost of rental.

WiFi: Free WiFi is provided in all cottages.

Pets: Well behaved pets may be accepted if advised at the time of booking in Tresquare only. Dog beds must be provided and under no circumstances are dogs to be left alone in the property, allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. There is a charge of £20.00 per dog per week.

Smoking: All cottages are non-smoking.

Properties are available from 4pm on arrival day until 10am on departure day.

Take A30 from Exeter, and just past signs for Launceston, turn off over a double flyover onto A395 for North Cornwall and Camelford. . Go to Camelford, and follow signs for Boscastle (B3266)

When you reach Boscastle go past the Bottreaux garage on the left, and at junction of road to Tintagel and road to the harbour, turn left for Tintagel. After about 200 yards there is a sign for The Old Coach House on the right. Immediately after this B& B turn right into Potters Lane. It is a narrow turning. Then the Ist left into Langfords Meadow. Bear around to the left at the top of the hill and 1st left into Cloverlane Close. Almost immediately turn right and there is a terrace of 6 houses on the right. Penrose is the last one at the top of the row . The name Penrose is on the house wall. There is off road parking for one small/medium sized car outside the house, and also parking in a designated private car park for the 6 cottages 28-33 Cloverlane Close at the rear of the properties for larger vehicles with an entrance down a few steps through the garden.

For Tresquare (PL35 0HH)

When you leave the M5 at Exeter,take A30 towards Okehampton (NOT A38 which goes towards Plymouth) and on entering Cornwall,just past signs for Launceston, turn off over a double flyover onto A395 for North Cornwall and follow this road until you approach Camelford, when you will see signs on the right for Boscastle. When you get to Boscastle follow the main road to the bottom of the village, go over the bridge, and take the Bude road from Boscastle, B3263, leaving the car-park on your right, and the Cobweb Inn on your left. Go up the hill until the 30 mph de-restriction sign is reached. ( about 200 yards) continue for a further 100 yards and there is a layby on the right. Tresquare is the nearest house to Boscastle in a drive. There is a bungalow called Glenthorne on the same layby. There is a drive in and you can park anywhere on the drive.

If you have GPS please note the post code for Tresquare is PL35 0HH. It takes you to Tresuck farm about 200 yards above Tresquare.From Tresuck farm entrance, on the B3263, go left down the hill towards Boscastle, and there is a small layby on the left. Tresquare is the 2nd property on that layby, next to Glenthorne bungalow, and is in a drive with hydrangea flowering bushes outside the gate. About 150 yards above the 30mph sign at Boscastle village entrance.

Wideacres

Jennifer or William will personally greet you on arrival and show you around the property, as long as you arrive before 7pm.

Go about 200 yards and Wideacres is the 1st bungalow on the right. Please drive in and your parking is straight in from the gate, in front of the lawn. Wideacres porch door is straight ahead and is the white door with a curved top to it. Do NOT take any other signs for Lesnewth, as we are a long way from there.

This takes you to CARGURRA FARM .the entrance to there is in a very narrow lane across a field.. DO NOT go there but at Cargurra farm entrance sign, continue down the unclassified road towards STJULIOT CHURCH. After about 300 yards fork Right towards Boscastle. Wideacres is about 100 yards on the Left, just past the Wideacres Camping field entrance.
